Palm Springs building permit cost
Palm Springs publishes a 2026 General Schedule of Fees, adopted by Resolution 2026-09 and effective March 12, 2026, and a separate Building Permit Fees schedule. Every construction-related permit also carries a surcharge of 2.5% of the permit and plan review fees, with a $4.00 minimum. New construction pays Village impact fees for law enforcement and parks, and Palm Beach County non-transportation impact fees must be paid directly to the County, with proof of payment given to the Village before the permit is issued.
