Jacksonville Beach building permit costs and fees
Permits are assessed under the Building, Fire and Construction Permit Fee Schedule adopted by Resolution No. 2114-2022, effective August 2, 2022. Fees depend on the size, type and valuation of the work, and staff can give an estimate before you apply. Applications with a project value of $25,000 or more may be subject to a plan check fee, invoiced after processing. All fees are due when the permit is issued.
