Eustis building permit costs and fees

All residential and commercial new construction applications require a $250.00 plan review fee when the application is submitted. Impact fees are paid when the permit is issued. Other fees vary with the cost of the project and are set by the city's 2024 building permit and inspection fee schedule. Fees can be paid by cash (in person only), check, or Visa or MasterCard.

How to get a building permit in Eustis
