Every application also carries a $25 administrative fee and a $7 technology fee. The city adds 1.5% for the Florida Building Surcharge and 1.0% for the Florida Recovery Fund to each permit, with a $2.00 minimum each. Fees are paid online in OPRS before the permit, job card and approved documents are downloaded.
