A new Building Permit fee schedule (Resolution 25-129) took effect on January 1, 2026. Building permit fees are based on valuation, for example $75 for the first $2,000 plus $14 for each additional $1,000 up to $25,000. Plan review adds 25% of the fee for residential work and 50% for commercial work.
