Elaine has been with Alliance Permitting for 12 years, making her one of the longest-tenured members of the company and a key part of how it actually runs day to day. As Executive Assistant to Elaina Chmura, the company's CFO and COO, she supports the operational rhythm that keeps client communication, project scheduling, and internal coordination moving across hundreds of active permits in any given week. After more than a decade inside the company, Elaine has the kind of institutional memory that doesn't come from a manual — she knows every long-standing client by name, every recurring jurisdictional quirk, and exactly where every loose thread sits on every active project. Much of why clients who started with Alliance years ago are still with us today comes back to the consistency and personal attention she brings to every interaction.
